KARACHI: Former chief minister Punjab, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi thirsday revealed a plot of attack on Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry’s convoy in Punjab in May 2007.
Speaking in Geo News’ programme ‘Capital Talk’ hosted by Hamid Mir, the former chief minister claimed that the above plot could not b carried out because he successfully foiled it.
Chaudhry Pervez Elahi also disclosed duriinging the interview that he, as Punjab chief minister, had given mony from ‘Punjab secret fund’ even to the people associated with Pakistan Musliman abstained from taking the nams of the people they received the money.
